Cancellation Policy

Scheduling and Cancellations All HydroGlow Facial appointments require an active card on file to reserve your time slot. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to the value of the session or forfeiture of any prepaid treatment. Late arrivals of more than ten (10) minutes may require modification or rescheduling of your service to avoid disrupting subsequent clients. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or prepayment requirements for future appointments. Refunds All HydroGlow services and prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased or rendered. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results, failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions, or missed appointments. If an adverse skin reaction occurs, it must be reported to the provider within twenty-four (24) hours for assessment. At that time, a licensed professional will evaluate the concern and determine whether any corrective service, adjustment, or follow-up is appropriate. Credits or partial adjustments may only be offered at management’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed. Terms and Conditions By scheduling or receiving the HydroGlow Facial, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all policies and procedures of Twisted Glow Beauty Bar. Clients must disclose any changes to medical history, medications, or recent skin treatments prior to their appointment to ensure safety and effectiveness. Twisted Glow Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is determined that a service may not be appropriate for the client’s current condition.
